Première bannière de la Collection Dürer’s Legacy, - Der Knappe - en constitue le seuil. Inspirée de la gravure Ritter, Tod und Teufel d’Albrecht Dürer, cette pièce inaugure un parcours où chaque création développera progressivement un langage plus riche, des détails plus nombreux et une exécution toujours plus complexe.

Réalisée entièrement à la main dans mon atelier, - Der Knappe - se distingue par une approche volontairement sobre, l’œuvre, imprimée sur du velours de haute qualité, a été appliquée sur du velours d’ameublement noir.

Comme son nom l’indique - Der Knappe ~ L’écuyer - ,  cette bannière est celle qui ouvre la marche. Elle introduit le thème fondateur de la collection : Qu’importe! 

Confectionnée à la main et produite en édition très limitée, - Der Knappe - est une pièce de collection destinée aux passionnés de Dürer et d’artisanat d’art. 

Chaque pièce est doublée de coton noir, sur lequel est apposée une étiquette mentionnant le nom du sujet, le lieu ainsi que l’année de création.

Édition limitée à 4 exemplaires.

Chaque pièce étant réalisée sur commande, veuillez compter trois semaines de création, hors délais postaux.

The first banner of the Dürer’s Legacy Collection, Der Knappe stands as its gateway. Inspired by Albrecht Dürer’s renowned engraving Ritter, Tod und Teufel, this piece marks the beginning of a journey in which each creation will gradually develop a richer visual language, greater detail, and an increasingly complex execution.

Entirely handcrafted in my workshop, Der Knappe is distinguished by its deliberately restrained approach; the artwork, printed on high quality velvet, has been applied to black upholstery velvet.

As its name suggests - Der Knappe (“The Squire") - this banner is the one that leads the way. It introduces the founding theme of the collection: No matter what.

Handcrafted and produced in a highly limited edition, Der Knappe is a collector’s piece intended for admirers of Dürer’s work and fine craftsmanship.

Each piece is lined with black cotton, to which a label has been affixed indicating the subject’s name, the place of creation, and the year of creation.
